General
The Israel Securities Authority (hereinafter: the ISA) offers the information in this online service on its information site on the internet network (hereinafter : the service) subject to the following conditions. The term "user" as used hereafter means any person who initiates a connection or connects to this service.

Copyright
According to the copyright laws in force in Israel, and according to international treaties, the copyright of the ISA in the publications of the ISA, including those published on this service, belong to the ISA. This copyright covers, inter alia, the text, pictures, illustrations, maps, musical clips, video clips, graphics and software applications (hereinafter: the protected material), except where expressly stated that the copyright in the protected material belongs to another party.
The user is allowed to make "proper use" of the protected material, according to the legal norms as set out in the law.
Proper use includes a reasonable citation of the protected material.
The above citator must cite the source of the citation, be it the ISA or another party. It is forbidden in any way to distort, harm or change in the protected material, or do any activity which diminishes the value of the protected material, which is liable to cause injury to the honor or the name of the holder of the copyright in it.
Subject to copyright law, it is forbidden to copy, redistribute, re-transmit or publish the protected material without approval in advance and in writing from the ISA.

Liability
The service is provided to the public "As Is".The ISA shall not be held liable for the suitability of this service to the needs of the user. Similarly, the ISA shall not be liable for mistakes and or errors in the material displayed in the service.
The ISA shall not be held liable for changes made to the material displayed on the service by the user or by any third party.
The user alone will be liable for the manner which he makes use of this service.
The ISA will not be liable for damage caused to the user or any third party as a direct or indirect result of the use of this service, including damage caused as a result of use of software applications which were downloaded by means of this service or were activated as a result of the use of this service, including: Active-X, JavaScript and Java applications. For the purposes of this section, the "ISA" is defined so as to include its employees and representatives.

Official Publications of the ISA
In the event that a contradiction or discrepancy arises between the material published in the service and the material which appears in the official written publications of the ISA, only the official publications shall be considered correct.
