You may also choose to attach any written documents or presentations that describe your company and contain additional information.

What to expect after we receive your form:
We will contact you to confirm that we have received your form and any attached files.
If your initiative is suitable for the Innovation Hub, you will be invited to a meeting with the relevant ISA staff members in the Innovation Hub. The meeting is designed to help us gain an in-depth understanding of your initiative and its needs. You will then be involved in an extensive dialogue with the ISA team regarding your initiative. Among other things, the Innovation Hub offers informal guidance on securities regulations and their applicability to your initiative.
The aim of the Innovation Hub is to provide assistance and guidance to Fintech companies and entrepreneurs, and promote collaboration between the ISA and the Fintech sector, in order to advance this sector and further its development and implementation in Israel. The meetings with the staff of the Innovation Hub are informal and are not a substitute to receiving formal legal advice. The ISA cannot provide financial assistance or guidance on regulations that are not under its responsibility. Meetings with Innovation Hub representatives are not a guarantee that your project complies with Israeli regulation. To receive a formal and binding position on compliance, you will need to submit a request for pre-ruling (post innovation hub deliberations).
