Commissioner, Israel Securities Authority, appointed by the Minister of Finance in March, 2020 for a third term.
Received a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem.
Graduated on the Dean's list with a master's degree (M.A.) in public administration from the University of Haifa.
From 1976 – 2003, served as an attorney at the Tel Aviv District Attorney Office (criminal) reaching the rank of Deputy District Attorney.
From 2003 – 2008, served as Director of Enforcement at the Israel Securities Authority.
From 2008 – 2011 she was a senior partner and director of the department of capital markets, securities and white collar crime at a law firm.
Since 2011 she has been working as an independent lawyer, with a private office that specializes in white collar crime and capital markets.
Serves as chairwoman of the social workers' disciplinary tribunal; member of a court-ordered appeals committee regarding suspension of construction processes.
Served as chairwoman of the examination committee of the Director-General of the Minister of Social Affairs, as chairwoman of a district psychiatric committee, chairwoman of an exemptions committee and as a judge on the disciplinary tribunal of the Israel Police.
