ISA's Hotline enables you to report suspected violations directly to the ISA's Investigations, Intelligence and Market Surveillance Department, whenever you suspect that a securities offense or other illegal or improper activities related to the capital market have been committed.
Acts of impropriety ultimately harm the capital market and the public investors. By reporting any suspected violations, you will be helping the ISA protect the investor public and the integrity of the capital market.
The information you have may be related to trading on the Stock Exchange, violations such as insider trading, securities fraud, or corporate disclosure and reporting violations. You may have information related to the regulation of investment advising, marketing or portfolio management, for example information on individuals who are consulting without a license, or perhaps you have information related to disclosures and reporting by mutual funds, or information relevant to other securities violations.
The more complete details we obtain about an event or a suspected violation, the easier it will be for us to address the incident. Please include any documents/photocopies you have to support your statement.
You are under no obligation to provide identifying details about yourself, but your contact information is important. In some cases we need clarifications or additional details to conduct our investigation into the matter.
We undertake to do everything in our ability to protect your confidentiality.
You may submit your information in one of the following ways:
